This blog covers the transformative benefits of yoga. I am a yoga teacher/student 200 hr certified, additional certification in kids christian and senior/chair yoga. Over 1000 hrs of teaching experience, teaching vinyasa, yin yoga and meditation. Student of the Bible and the Sutras. Most images are from the net and friends as well as my own.
