Ok this is no video, I have not figure out how to do videos on my new Mac so if anyone has any advice on that I’d love to hear it!

But here is a great prep for wheel, it feels unbelievable! If you have block position them against the wall, leaning against the wall leave room for your head in-between the two blocks. Come to your back, position your head in-between the two blocks and place your hands on the block, inhale and exhale come on to the top of your head, draw your elbows in and shoulder blades back and then push all the way up to full wheel. You will feel an amazing opening in your back and heart, hold here for a few breaths and lower down to your head then draw your gaze toward your belly button as you lower down one vertebrae at a time. Be sure to keep your knees drawing inwards while you’re in wheel, and as you feel more comfortable begin to walk your feet in towards your hands.

  2. beauty-that-moves said: Are you taking pictures with your mac with photobooth? You can take video also. Just click the icon that looks like a camcorder and voila! Take video the same way you take pictures. That’s how I do my hoop videos :)
